Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your Ink Link purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return for store credit, excluding digital products.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Change-of-mind returns are sent back at your expense. Once we receive and check the item, your store credit will be issued via email.
Faulty or damaged items
We take great care in preparing and packing your order, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away at cia@inklinkjournals.com so we can make it right. Where possible, we’ll replace the item; if that’s not possible, we’ll arrange a refund.
Items we can’t accept for return
- Sale or clearance items (including ‘seconds’ stock, which may have minor imperfections listed in the product description)
- Gift cards
- Digital products and downloads
How to start a return
Email us at cia@inklinkjournals.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending it back safely.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for store credit and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for faulty items. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
